Hello! I'm so excited to start my own blog. Let me introduce myself. I wear many hats throughout the day. I'm a wife to my husband Chris since 1996. We have 2 great kids, Hannah (14) and Ryan (12). We have a rabbit and a dog. I'm a Girl Scout leader for my daughter's troop. I've been a stay at home mom since our daughter was born, but in 2008 I started my home childcare business. I absolutely LOVED it. I stopped doing childcare in 2012.
I have been crocheting since I was a teenager and have sewed off and on throughout the years. When I was 29, I was diagnosed with Arthritis and in August 2017 with Small Fiber Neuropathy. At this point, it would be very difficult for me to hold down a job. Crafting has always been my favorite thing to do and now, has helped me deal with my health condition.
I love to crochet and sew though I can't always do it everyday. I can't keep everything I make so I decided to start selling my creations. Friends and family who have been recipients of my handmade things have told me I should sell them at craft fairs. I am thinking of trying my hand at craft fairs. I've sold some items on-line. I will be setting up a facebook page where I will keep you updated on my latest sewing projects.
Thanks for stopping by and please come back.
See you soon!
